To what extent is dance interwoven with religion? Do dance-related experiences overlap with religious ones? Noortje Bijvoets and Feri de Geus have put those questions to over 50 choreographers; professional and amateur dancers; as well as dance spectators. This video installation – created in collaboration with documentary maker Eric van den Broek – shows the result of an analysis at Danslab. The interviewees give a disarmingly candid and honest account of how they look upon dance and religion.
